Nectar bar & restaurant has been serving guests in Granada since 2007.  Starting as a juice bar with a few paninis and small plates, the concept has evolved into a full service bar and restaurant with steaks, sandwiches, soups, salads and more.

We pride ourselves in the freshest food and drinks, made every day from scratch. Think California inspired Nicaragua flavor with market fresh ingredients. We use only fresh, top-quality ingredients in our beloved recipes to create a one-of-a-kind fiesta of the senses that inspires celebration amongst food lovers, spice lovers and fun lovers.

With several dining options, you can find your favorite table… we have sidewalk and streetside tables where you can watch the city go by or sit at our bar and chat up our local staff.  If a quiet dinner and conversation is more your style, our interior courtyard with garden and fountain offer seclusion from the street vendors and performers while keeping the colonial city feel.
